Coopers Oxford Pork

Coopers Oxford Pork are based at North Farm, Shillingford, Oxfordshire, OX10 8LZ and is the home of the Suntrap Herd of Pedigree Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs.
The Oxford Sandy and Black pig originated in Oxfordshire and has existed for 200-300 years as one of the oldest British pig breeds. Mark and Jane Cooper are breeders of these pigs found at North Farm. Their pigs are free range and traditionally raised in woodlands which is their natural environment. They are slow growing therefore they take longer to mature but it means they produce bacon of high quality and full flavour.
